We aim to respond within a few business days. For data corrections, please include the source (US / KR / JP), the device name, and the date of the record if possible.

Data corrections

If you believe a record is misclassified or out of date, note that NeuroAlert mirrors public regulatory data and cannot alter the original agency records. We can, however, correct how a record is displayed or filtered on this site.

What we cannot do

NeuroAlert cannot provide medical advice, device-specific clinical recommendations, or individual patient guidance. For clinical questions, consult the device manufacturer's official documentation and the relevant regulatory authority.
